We don't offer custom orders, but we're constantly working to extend our size range to ensure the best fit. If you can't find your size or your chosen size doesn't fit well, please let us know. Your feedback helps us improve our size range quickly. New design ideas also are welcome!

How to return or exchange an order?

You can return an item within 30 days of receiving your order. Please email us at contact@u-r-so.de to start the return process.For a size exchange, simply return the item you have and place a new order for the size you need.If you're unsure about sizing or style, we recommend ordering a few options at once.
