You want to return a product or exchange it for another size? That is not a problem at all.
You have 30-days return and exchange for free!
To get to know us, we have a welcome-goody for you:
- We extend your legal retour period from 14 days to 30 days and
- We take over the costs of your return, so it’s free of charge for you
In return we kindly ask you to tell us the reason why you decided to return a product. This way we can learn doing better in future.
How do I retour something?
- Send a message to contact@u-r-so.de within 30 days. Please include your order number so we can process your return faster.
- Receive a free returns label by email.
- Stick the return label on the original packaging and handover the package to a DHL office you trust.
- You will get back the full purchase amount for the returned items within 10 working days. If you return the entire order, we will also refund delivery costs you may have paid.
We kindly ask you to contact us before returning something. In this way, unnecessary shipping can be avoided and we protect the environment as well.
What is your return policy?
We can only take back the products if they are in their original condition, which means they are unworn and new, with all original tags attached. So please, return products in their original packaging. Returns that are worn, altered, soiled or broken cannot be refunded.
For reasons of hygiene, we will not resell returned items.
I would like to exchange items. How can I do that?
The easiest & fastest way is to send the items back to us as a return and to order the desired item again.
When will I be refunded?
You will be refunded within 10 working days after your package has arrived at our warehouse by the original payment method.
